The painting “Finding Wings” carries a message from beyond, encouraging us to reach and stretch, to have faith in process and to know we are safe whenever we follow the guidance of our higher selves.

This is the essence of the Finding Wings Center for Healing as well... faith in our inner angels who always guide us to what is truly right for our well being and balance.

Finding A Special Place

Christine's California dream for her wellness center first found its roots in Pismo Beach in 2002, later in historic Arroyo Grande, and now by the transformative sea in Shell Beach.  As always, Christine offers a  beautiful garden and house, a bower of safety, healing and well being with the magic you would expect to find in an enchanted kingdom.  Under her tender care and nurturance, the Finding Wings Center for Healing is now an oasis of delight for clients, healers and other teachers to share their gifts.

As Christine said at the opening ceremony of the center, sacred eagle feather in hand, "Thank you for letting me touch that space in your soul which is your innermost sanctum, known only to you.  It has touched and changed my life as well..."

In a magical moment at the Sherwood Forest arts festival  Christine found an oil painting of her angel, the magnificent spirit which beats at the heart of the Finding Wings Center for Healing. Created by noted Pennsylvania artist Joshua Hogan in 1997, the painting “Finding Wings” depicts the spiritual yearning for embodiment, the transcendent aspect of our angelic natures that longs to be human and grounded in Nature and Love while not losing sight of our origins as higher beings.

This image spoke so powerfully to Christine and her plans for a healing center that she was able to bring it home with her that very day and install it in the beautiful old Victorian that housed her first offices in Sewickley, PA. The angel has been with her ever since, inspiring all who see it with its mystical depths and its spiritual message of wholeness and integration.
